Daniel Doss and I had a great time at the reading of our new musical, “Wild and Willful Women,” as part of the TRU Voices Musical Reading Series in New York City! We had a fantastic cast and a very appreciative audience.
Here’s the link to Broadway World’s release about the evening.
Broadway World published this press release Theater Resources Unlimited sent out to announce Wild and Willful Women and the other two musicals included in the TRU Voices New Musicals Reading Series for 2014. Check it out.
Where: The Engelman Recital Hall located at 55 Lexington Ave., NYC
When: 7 PM on Monday, January 13, 2014
TRU is an organization of New York producers. After the performance, there will be a “Dollars and Sense” discussion with “an industry panel that has been invited for the purpose of discussing the producing requirements of the musical, as well as the developmental trajectory they recommend for moving it forward.”
Our New York producers, Kimberly Eaton and Alan Swanke, are hard at work building a cast of Broadway performers. Needless to say, Daniel and I are extremely pleased to have this opportunity.
We’re told that this series regularly sells out, so if you’ll be in NYC on January 13 and would like to join us, please let me know ASAP so we can arrange your reservations. We would love to see you there! Incidentally, the tickets are free.
